Excellent dealership
Hill and Swift are an incredible dealership! Mark was extremely professional, responsive, and helpful throughout the entire process. It put me in a complete peace of mind knowing I was with a great dealship, so I didn't have to worry about being sold a car with something wrong or getting overcharged. I paid an extremely great price for the quality of the Ford Focus I got, it was basically as good as new! Would definitely recommend.

Through Autotrader I contacted Mark by telephone as I live 140 miles away and found him helpful and my experience in buying my car says that Hill&Swift live up to their advertising. Refreshing no-pressure from enquiry to purchase
The salesman was very helpful from our first (out of hours) enquiry through to completing our purchase today. We also met 2 other people in the team and everyone was friendly and professional. Their 3k miles car was priced and presented very well. A fair price was agreed on the 139k miles p/x and we drove away in our new car more than happy with the while process, including the Covid-safe arrangements on site.

I was due a new car and emailed the sales manager we booked a visit had a look, saw what we wanted and sorted it there and then, the sales manager did everything for me practically, I just had one thing to do, so it was stress free, I've known these guys for years and I would highly recommend they are a friendly bunch, which is what I like. If any one is wanting a new car, whether buying out straight or the finance path, I have always used Hill & Swift since driving even for my MOTS, Services or any issues I have. I wouldn't go anywhere else!!

Ford Kuga from Hill & Swift
Had a very pleasant experience today buying a Kuga from Hill & Swift , Mark the salesman has been a delight to deal with from the start answering our many questions via email swiftly & accurately. On seeing the car we were immediately impressed and it was just as described , We bought the car there and then and had a quick no hassle px filled in some paperwork and we drove off with our Kuga back to Wiltshire- absolutely chuffed to bits. Great service from Hill & Swift
I've been hugely impressed by Hill & Swift whom I started using a few weeks' back. Everything you want in a local garage - friendly without being pushy, able to fix all problems in a no-fuss way, and happy to take any questions no matter how dumb. I've just bought a car from them, and will be taking both my Fords there regularly. You can see they really prioritize building up a relationship with the customer.

I had a wonderful experience buying from Hill and Swift. The advert described the car accurately and the ways they could be contacted. I phoned and spoke to a very helpful chap who was extremely knowledgeable about the cars history and condition. I explained my situation/location and could I drive it away straight away after viewing. When I arrived the next morning the car was in perfect condition and, after testing, the exchange was quick and paperwork done. Even though I had a 130 mile round trip I'll be using them again.

Excellent dealership
Had my eyes on buying a Ford Fiesta, and noticed one I particularly liked at Hill & Swift. Turned up on a Saturday, and a test drive was arranged really easily and quickly, though I hadn't arranged in advance. Decided to buy the car I liked, and the whole sales process was so straightforward. The salesman was not at all pushy, was very helpful and friendly. You can tell this dealership has been established for a long time, they have a fantastic approach which is really refreshing. They also gave a generous part exchange price for my old car. Really pleased with my Fiesta - I would highly recommend Hill & Swift to anyone!

2018 service but with 1950 manners
No pressure from Mark regarding the sale, it was very amicable and completely different from the normal high pressure selling in other dealerships. Very pleased with all aspects of my dealings with them.

Old fashioned customer service, great price.
We were matched with 2 cars that fitted our criteria within 10 minutes, typically we were most interested in the one that was awaiting delivery, after a test drive in the one on site and some more explanations from the sales manager, we purchased the Kuga S Line X as the extras were amazing. Walked through the finance deal and security checks without having to sit in the dealership for hours ( they called me at home and in the office) we even ended up buying a boot protector. Very fair Part ex deal and we are delighted with the car, we felt like valued customers again something we have not enjoyed on our last 2 purchases from "car supermarkets". The servicing and aftercare is already pre planned and the location is very convenient for us. We were confident enough to buy without viewing the exact car as we were assured if we were not happy we could change or cancel the deal. We are delighted and even got a limited edition paint colour. We highly recommend Hill and Swift.

Excellent!!! What a difference from the main dealers. Spoke to Simon in parts who gave me a great price on mats and a boot liner ( much cheaper than the main dealer by the Stoke ground) . Phoned me as soon as the parts arrived, offered to fit them for me. I would 100% recommend this dealership over other Ford garages in the area. Well done Hill & Swift

2017 FORD FOCUS 1.5 TDCI ST LINE POWERSHIFT
Just collected my 2017 Focus from Hill and Swift. From previous experience working at a main dealership I never enjoy going to look at cars in general. Felt right at ease from the moment we came to take a test drive, Mark met us and practically gave us the keys to take a manual Focus 1.5 TDCI ST Line and a Auto Powershift out for a spin with no pressure or hassle at all. Loved the Focus 1.5 TDCI Powershift ST Line straight away. Mark arranged everything from start to finish with no problems and we now own a great car. Great deal on a great car
Really pleased with our new car we have just collected from Hill & Swift. We weren't planning to change our car just yet but we spotted the new car on their website whilst browsing so went to have a look. We were offered a good part ex. price for our car so felt it was too good a deal to miss. The other good point is that there was no pressure sales, it was nice to look around a car sales forecourt without being followed by a keen salesman after a sale. Overall a really good customer experience, will definitely go to this garage again when considering changing cars in the future. We plan to try them out for car servicing as well as they seem to have a good reputation.

Pleasant experience buying my new car
I recently found Hill and Swift after doing an internet search in the process of upgrading my car. They had a car which was just the right spec, and more importantly, price, for what I wanted. I live 60 miles away, so initial comms were by email, but answered promptly. I was also offered a fair part exchange price for my old car. After a no pressure test drive, I collected my new car the following week and the whole process was easy and hassle free. After a week of driving, I am very happy with my new car.
