I would highly recommend Hill and Swift Ford Dealership. They have only been pleasant and professional to deal with all the way through the process of buying a car. Hill and Swift were recommended to me by two other local independent car MOT and repair garages. We will be going back when we need another car. We liked that it was a privately run local firm, not a big chain. Very much PLU! (people like us).

First time my husband and I have bought a car from Hill and Swift. My husband spotted the car in their showroom locally in town and rang to see if he could view it. Very impressed with the customer service. Exceptionally friendly and helpful and did everything to make it simple and easy to buy a car. All paperwork was done by the garage very efficiently. They even sorted out transfering a private plate. Impressed with the service received and the car purchased! All staff at the garage were very helpful. Will definitely recommend to others.

I don't like "car shopping". I use a car to get from a to b and that's the extent of my interest. With this in mind you get an idea that I approach garages with a sense of dread. At Hill and Swift however this "dread" was soon replaced by interest and a car purchase which was down to the service I received. All paperwork for my new purchase and my part exchange was dealt with efficiently, any questions I asked were dealt with professionally and at no time was made to I feel as though I didn't know what I was doing. Certainly give this garage some consideration if you want to purchase a Ford or if indeed you don't know what car you want.

After contacting nearly 20 car salesmen around the UK I was about to give up hope on purchasing a 2015 ford titanium C Max I was told how they cant give discounts and there was no profit in selling cars and they weren't prepared to give me free car matts, I contacted Hill and Swift at Stone Staffordshire a family run business and spoke to a sales man called Mark Watkiss he was very down to earth and answer all my questions he didn't put me under any pressure to purchase the car I was able to do the deal over the phone I was give £150 pounds off the asking price a car service was included and a full car valet was included to a very high standard and finally I got my free car matts all the staff were really friendly and even after purchasing the car mark said any problems or queries just contact him very genuine chap I travelled from Leicester to Stafford to purchase my car I highly recommend a visit or check out there website there only a phone call away. Not only that but the trade-in price for my car was substantially more than I was offered by Internet car buying sites. Mark, the Sales Executive, was excellent and the whole process was seamless, even to the extent of them claiming for me the outstanding road tax. That's service. Having had a very bad experience with Motorpoint at Chingford I was already sceptical about dealing with another garage. From the moment I spoke with Mark at Hill and Swift I felt confident. I live some 4 hours from Hill and Swift and was very interested in a car they had. Mark sent me photographs of the interior and exterior and also discounted the delivery for me. My car arrived today, delivered by a gent named Chris who was also very pleasant and efficient . He made sure that I was happy with the car and reminded me what I needed to do re the car tax. Absolutely fantastic dealership. Articulate, to the point and genuinely want to offer helpful advice. I find with other car dealers that they jump on you, very pushy and keen to turn any purchase into a finance deal. At Hill & Swift they give you the time to make your own choices and to find the car that's right for you. I have recently bought a hatchback with them - they stayed after hours to work round my work schedule so I could test drive, the next meeting we filled in the paperwork and I drove away the same day.
